Terms & Conditions – AccountanCity 2026 BTS Ticket Giveaway 
  1. The giveaway is organised by the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (“ISCA”). 
  2. All persons registering or taking part in this Giveaway (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

PRIZE 

  1. The prize consists of one (1) BTS Concert Ticket (Category 3) for the BTS concert scheduled to be held on 22 December 2026 at National Stadium (“Prize”). 
  2. The Prize will be issued and assigned solely to the verified winner and is strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, non-exchangeable and not redeemable for cash, credit or any other benefit. The winner may not sell, resell, offer for sale, gift, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Prize to any other person. 

ELIGIBILITY 

  1. The giveaway is open only to individuals aged 18 years and above as of 30 June 2026. 
  2. Participants must:
    a. maintain a valid registration for AccountanCity 2026;
    b. hold at least one of the following statuses at the time the giveaway closes and at the time of winner verification: 
    • ISCA Member 
    • SCAQ Candidate
    • Student Member
  3. Employees, officers, directors and contractors of ISCA, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings and children), are not eligible to participate in or win the giveaway.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE 

  1. To participate, entrants must: 
  2. Register for AccountanCity 2026; 
  3. Like the giveaway post; 
  4. Tag 3 people in the comments
  5. Repost the giveaway post. 
  6. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all participation activities are publicly visible or otherwise verifiable by ISCA. 

GIVEAWAY PERIOD 

  1. The giveaway period closes on 30 June 2026 at 11:59 PM (Singapore time). Entries received after this time will not be considered. 

WINNER SELECTION 

  1. One (1) winner will be selected by electronic draw from all eligible entries and announced during the Grand Lucky Draw on Day 2 of AccountanCity 2026 on 18 July 2026. 

WINNER VERIFICATION AND CLAIMING 

  1. The winner must be physically present at the venue when announced and must present themselves immediately upon being called. 
  2. The winner must provide satisfactory proof that all giveaway requirements have been fulfilled and that they satisfy all eligibility criteria. 

REDRAW PROCESS 

  1. If the selected winner is absent, cannot be verified, or fails to satisfy any eligibility or participation requirements, ISCA reserves the right to disqualify the winner and conduct a redraw. 
  2. After three (3) consecutive unsuccessful draws, ISCA may conduct a separate draw among attendees who have completed the AccountanCity Activity Card onsite. The selected participant must be present to claim the Prize. ISCA may continue conducting redraws until a valid winner is identified. 

DISQUALIFICATION 

  1. ISCA reserves the right to disqualify any participant who provides false information, breaches these Terms and Conditions, or engages in conduct that ISCA reasonably considers fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate. 
  2. ISCA’s decision on all matters relating to the giveaway is final and binding, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained. 

PERSONAL DATA AND PUBLICITY 

  1. By participating in the giveaway, participants consent to ISCA collecting, using and disclosing their personal data for the purposes of administering the giveaway, verifying eligibility, announcing the winner and conducting related publicity. 
  2. The winner agrees to participate in reasonable publicity and promotional activities relating to the giveaway without additional compensation. 

LIABILITY 

  1. ISCA shall not be responsible for any cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, modification or other changes to the BTS concert. Any rights relating to the Prize, including admission, refunds, exchanges, replacements or other remedies (if any), shall be subject solely to the terms and conditions of the concert organiser and/or ticket issuer. ISCA shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or inconvenience suffered by the winner arising from any such cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, modification or change. 

 

GENERAL 

  1. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. 
  2. ISCA reserves the right to amend, suspend or terminate the giveaway and/or these Terms and Conditions where reasonably necessary to do so.
